Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Doherty comes from an entertainment family and has developed an impressive resume in TV, film, and stage. Upon leaving the family business and moving into the political arena, Mr. Doherty ultimately founded Wildhorse Consulting with more than 30 years’ of success in the political and legislative arenas. His combined entertainment and political expertise will prove crucial to the creation and longevity of Sharpened Iron Studios.
Chief Operations Officer
Kirk Manton has over forty years of experience in the film, video, and live event production industry. He started working grip and lighting on film sets in the 80's and then moved on to equipment, facility, and people managing. Whether working in a business or ministry environment, from Southern California to the flatlands of the Texas high plains, Kirk brings a unique mix of tech savvy, relational maturity, creative energy, and administrative excellence to everything he does.
Chief Information Officer
Mrs. Doherty is managing partner of Wildhorse Consulting in-house event planner and the firm’s social media expert. Her strategies consistently produce significantly higher views, likes, and shares for all Wildhorse clients in the wide spectrum of social media. Her background has given the skills needed to successfully plan and manage events of all sizes and directions from political to non-profit.
Chief Creative Officer
Mrs. Graham is an award-winning actress and owner of D. Graham Entertainment where she partners with business executives, professional actors, and cinematic productions developing film and television around the Texas Panhandle. Currently, Devenie Graham sits on the Board of Trustees at the Amarillo Museum of Arts (AMoA), and is the presiding 2020 AMoA Alliance President-Elect. Mrs. Graham has an extensive experience in front of and behind the camera across the country, which will assist Sharpened Iron in all aspects of its’ development.
Laurel Sebastian is the Production Coordinator at Sharpened Iron Studios. She is currently studying Mass Communications at Amarillo College and has accepted a film internship opportunity in London set for next spring. During her time at Amarillo College, she worked as a radio host for FM90 and wrote for the school newspaper, The Ranger. As a senior at Tascosa High School, she took part in Business Professionals of America where she placed seventh in the nation for her Virtual Multimedia and Promotion advertisement. She previously worked at KAMR Local 4 and Fox 14 News in Amarillo as a photojournalist, editor and fill-in producer for three years as well as interned in the creative department for one year. During this time, she worked behind the camera and starred in several commercials and promotional videos for clients in which she received the Television Self Promotion Award Given for Creative Excellence at this year's American Advertising Awards.
